How to train:
Arm training:
Hold both ends of the trainer with both hands and press them inwards. Perform 3 sets each, 15 times each.
Leg training:
Clamp the trainer on the inside of the leg and press it inwards. Make 3 sets each time, 15 times each.
Back training:
Stretch your back, hold the trainer with both hands and press it inwards. Perform 3 sets each, 15 times each.
Stretch your back, use your elbows as a stress point and slowly push it inwards. Do 2 sets of 10 repetitions every time you exercise.
