Shipping Policy
The Shipping Policy explains the type of shipments being used in WEBOS PTE LTD. Kindly read the below paragraphs in order to avoid further confusion.
We care about your safety so we would like to assure you that all safety and sanitary measures are being taken by our staff members and in the warehouse too. Normally we ship the items as soon as we get them from the sellers, but that won’t be the same day as your order.
At WEBOS PTE LTD, our mode of transmission is Regular by default that requires 4-5 days to deliver the parcel. If you want your parcel a little earlier then you will have to choose our Airmail transmission mode that just requires 2-3 days. We kindly remind you that the latter has to be explicitly selected to ensure fast delivery and will cost extra compared to Regular mode. Shipments will not be processed on weekends and public holidays, so if any confirmation comes on those days it will be processed on the next working day.
Kindly mention the correct and complete address with the area code so that we can ensure you a safe and easiest delivery of your item. During the arrival of the item, please ensure your or somebody else’s presence at the address. If that doesn’t happen, we will have to give it to your nearest post office, from where you will have to collect it within few days.
The import charges will not be included in our displayed delivery expenses. Your country or post office may charge you certain import charges in the form of import duties or taxes that you cannot deny to pay. In case you refuse to make the payment, WEBOS PTE LTD will not be accountable for that. So, in order to avoid such situations kindly enquire your country’s import regulations.
There will be certain situations that are uncontrollable and impossible to manage at times especially during the ongoing pandemic time. Natural disasters, such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and floods, or political upheavals, such as civil wars, riots, and curfews, are examples. We'd have to come to a halt and wait for the situation to calm down, which is unlikely, so we'd return your money in full.
